school orientation. sexual orientation still up for grabs. i think i'm quintosexual. anyways, had davis orientation. some awesome new friends who share awesome similarities in more ways that just having the same major. i'll be working on a B.A in the evolutionary track of anthropology with a minor (maybe double major) in linguistics. (not xeno however :(... ) maybe finish the japanese minor too if i have the time. i almost took introduction to raptor handling. you go to this island off of africa and raise babies. you have to sign your life away however. the other option is going to this part of davis and playing with birds. i prefer the first option.

i have also become completely addicted to the sims 3. it is amazing. i havent played the sims since the first edition, because of wow, and it is spectacular spectacular. i wish it was that easy irl to become an astronaut. i think i will seriously consider space tourism one day if the funds are available. (ha).

the basso and i will be looking for an apartment together in sac between the two campuses. so excited. will be bringing the kitty with me.

also considering going to the star trek convention in aug. totally worth it for a pic with the original GQMFs. and quinto. omg quinto.

Yay for being *thisclose* to being done with school. I'm so sick of it at this point, I dont think I've been this excited for summer since i was ten. Have arch final on friday, then take home North American Indians. Stat final is optional! wuuuuuu. Then Mike and I are going to spend the next week in long beach with my family! yay! It'll be great to see everyone again so soon, especially the kids. They're so awesome!

Got accepted at davis. yay. dont want to be accepted at cal. would make my life a lot easier. grad school would be good there though. this all means i'm moving to sac this summer, i'll take a summer class to ease myself back into real school. totally freaked out this last week about moving/school/will i be good enough, ect. running very low on xanax as a result.

i really want to drive back up to washington this summer on the 101. take it up through port angeles then through the islands. that would be so relaxing. then i'll be up there and thing wow there is nothing here but it's so pretty! then come back down to allergy hell. will probably be going back down to long beach though to visit family with mike this time. will be good to get away before he starts his job. i'll just have to get to take my finals early again.

Still waiting to hear from Davis and Berkeley. So far I've gotten into my backups, Sac State and UC Merced. Berkeley has one of the best anthro programs in the country, so that would be amazing... but Davis wouldn't be too bad either. UGH letters please hurry up!!!

Finish school and do lots of fieldwork. Pay off school(s). Buy a house that has a lot of land so I can have a lot of animals and a garden. Buy an Audi and mini SUV. Buy a place in Aptos. Invest? INVEST! Buy a mustang or 2 from the BLM. I'm sure there's a ton of little things that I would see and spend money on and I would end up with a lot of crap, but expensive crap. Like wall boxes

The Notebook and Moulin Rouge for sure. They both make me sad, but I love them. The Lord of the Rings Extended Edition box set, I'm counting this as one.
